give with tax benefit
Tax benefit on giving
Three ways to benefit from tax

If you commit to your donation for at least five years with an agreement at Faith Generation, it is fully tax-deductible. No notary is required for this; a simple form suffices. This is called a periodic donation. Please contact us if you would like help filling it out.

One-off donations are also deductible. A threshold amount and a maximum apply. Donations are deductible to the extent that they exceed 1% of your aggregate income in a year (with a minimum of €60) and a maximum of 10% of your aggregate income. You may deduct anything falling within this range.

Companies can deduct their donation from their profits. The donation may not exceed 50% of the profit, with a maximum of €100,000 per year. This way, your company can contribute to the work of Faith Generation while simultaneously benefiting from tax advantages.
Why a large donation?
Frequently asked questions about giving with tax benefits
What is an ANBI and what does that mean for me as a donor?
Faith Generation has ANBI status. This means that we do not pay tax on received donations and that you, as a donor, may deduct your contribution from your taxes.
How do I know if my donation is tax-deductible?
You will always receive a confirmation or annual overview of your donations from us. This allows you to easily complete your tax return.
Do I need to go to a notary for a periodic donation?
No, that is not necessary. An agreement between you and Faith Generation is sufficient. For this, we use the official form from the Tax and Customs Administration.
What happens if I lose my income and can no longer pay my periodic donation?
A periodic agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement, for example in the event of loss of income or drastic circumstances.
Can I designate my donation for a specific project?
Yes, that is possible. You can indicate whether your donation is intended for a specific project (for example, Gospel Trucks or Bible schools), or whether we may use it where the need is greatest.
Does the tax benefit also apply to donations from abroad?
That depends on the tax rules in your country. In the Netherlands, this applies in any case to everyone who is liable for tax.
